Michelle has worked in dentistry since leaving school, building her career from the ground up. Starting as a trainee, she worked her way through the profession and has proudly been a Practice Manager for over 20 years.

Passionate about both people and dentistry, Michelle is a dedicated team player who always puts her staff first. She strives to create a supportive, positive and fun working environment, making sure everyone feels valued and enjoys being part of the team.
